Received the H500 a few weeks ago, and after getting all my sensors reconnect manually because the migration didn't work, I notice the facial recognition also does not work. I have a D130 doorbell, 2 C425 cameras, and a C720 and none of them will detect a face. I've walked in front of my doorbell from every angle, stood at every distance from immediately in front to 10 feet away. I put my phone next to my doorbell and took a picture of myself to add to the familiar faces and it won't detect my face. I have had one of my C425s above my garage finally detect an unfamiliar face the other day. It was me standing in my driveway staring at the camera hoping it would be able to detect a face. I have not been able to repeat it since with the same camera or any other cameras. 

I haven't even had it a month so I'm thinking it needs to go back and I'll just use the H200, but I don't want to have the SSD I bought for it go to waste as well. I need a fix for this!! 

Also, yes I read the article that was linked to another post about H500 facial recognition errors and tried everything from the article as well. Nothing has been able to make it work right.
