S200D does not record events
No events are registered from either S200D dimmer for the past couple days making them useless (since Nov 7 2025). I have a H100 hub.
Tried resetting wifi on hub, did not work.
Reset hub to factory specs, did not work.
Power cycled dimmers, did not work.
Removed and readded dimmers, multiple times. They were able to be added and I could turn on/off double tap in settings but no events from tapping or turning were recognized.
Disabled existing actions, added new smart action, no effect.
Took batteries out and put them back in.
Moved hub across the room to be closer (is now within 3ft of the closest dimmer switch)
I have two dimmers, and both stopped working at the same time indicating a software/firmware problem rather than a hardware or battery issue. I've only had the switches for a month or so.
I replaced my router about a week ago and there were no problems as I retained the same security info. Regardless, I've already tried resetting the wifi credentials on the H100 with no apparent effect. I could ring it from my phone before and after reset. I can control my light bulbs from my phone as well.
