Please verify the actual status of your smart devices, and troubleshoot them accordingly. Is it offline due to disconnection from the cloud server (remote control failure), or is it a result of a Wi-Fi disconnection? What's the led status of your smart devices?

This article should be helpful, check it out. Cannot use the Kasa app to control my smart devices

  @Wayne-TP

My HUB KE100 has internet connection. I see 8 devices connected to this device. 3 of them are smart switches. I have set up Google DNS (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4) on my router. All three smart switches (TP-Link Tapo S210) show me prompt "Smart device can only be control locally" on Kasa App.

For your case, please contact the support team for additional assistance. Contact Technical Support

By the way, just to clarify, Tapo S210 is not supported in the Kasa app. You may want to double-check the product model when reporting to the support team.
