Will not work with 10w led sconce light. One sconce light just blinked on and off. Another sconce (same type) would not turn on at all. Both had neutral line. Switch itself was powered and could be set up ok.
You may want to re-check the wiring, ensure the line and load wires are correctly connected.
Try to replace the smart switch with a standard switch while keeping the existing wiring. Test whether the dumb switch can properly control the connected light fixture.
