DL100 Battery Drain
My DL100 has drained a brand new set of batteries in just a couple of weeks. Any recommendations for a different type or great brand that will last longer? I am going to go broke buying batteries at this rate

Try to turn off the WiFi connection on the door lock (remove the battery cover, you will see a WiFi ON/OFF switch), check whether the battery is still draining fast.
While the WiFi is off, you can still control the door lock locally via Bluetooth.
I would recommend performing the test at night while everyone is home, and leaving it overnight. Make sure to monitor the door lock's power consumption under normal conditions first, then you can make a comparison.

@Wayne-TP I'll give it a shot, thanks!

Wayne, why can I not get the tp link devices like the smart lock and the doorbell to warn me when their batteries are low? The smart home automations don't even allow for a simple trigger like 'if battery is below 10% then' and that's just entry level stuff.
Why can't the smart lock allow for timed locking? I want my front door always locked after a certain time, but again, the automations don't allow for that.
