Setup issue with WiFi Connection to Smart Switch
I have followed the instructions for setup. The indicator light is flashing Green/Orange. I select add Add A Device, Smart Switch, WiFi. I confirm that it is wired in and the light is flashing.
It almost immediately comes up with the switch identified. I press connect. It says "Connection Successful", then stays on the the screen saying Connnecting to Smart Switch. Eventually, it comes back with Unable to Connect to Your Smart Switch Wi-Fi. I don't have a VPN. I am on the same Wi-Fi network (although it never identified the network on the app). I have reset countless times and it always acts the same.
