Hair around ends of brush
Vacuum is constantly stopping because of minor pieces of hair wrapping around the brush ends. I clean it constantly, but 2 or 3 human hairs and it's stuck

Robot vacuums are designed to pick up everyday debris, including hair. However, fine or long strands can naturally wrap around the brush ends over time, especially in homes with pets or long-haired individuals. This is a common challenge for all robot vacuums due to two key factors:
- Hair naturally twists around rotating parts because of friction.
- The brush’s tapered ends create narrow spaces where hair tends to accumulate.
While our brushes are built for durability, some hair tangling is unavoidable with regular use, much like how hair collects on traditional vacuum rollers or hairbrushes.
We have a new model Tapo RV50 Pro Omni, which has a design specifically targeting the hair tangling issues. It features a Tangle-Free Cutting Brush, which automatically cuts wrapped hairs after each cleaning cycle when the robot returns to its dock, preventing buildup and ensuring long-term performance. For your current model, we recommend regular brush maintenance to minimize tangling. Alternatively, you may consider upgrading to this new solution.
Please note: Product release plans vary by region. To check if this model is (or will be) available in your country, visit the local TP-Link official website and search for the product name. If no results appear, that means this product may not be launched in your market in the near future, or at all.

Typically, the devices that we talk about are those that we first show off at CES and are the most likely to launch sometime that year.
4K cameras are still new for Tapo and we have started by launching our more conventional cameras first in 4k variants first. I unfortunately do not have a timeline for the more advanced 4K cameras but we can expect additional models to launch throughout the year. I have been in close talks with our PM team and everyone's desire for the 4K variants has been made clear to them, however I believe that the near-term focus is on applying a few long-awaited app updates. (Very worth the wait from my experience with it).
The RV50 will likely see a launch first (qutie soon actually), as it has been undergoing beta testing and marketing materials are currently being worked out. If it helps, I have been testing one in my home and am quite excited to see its release now that it is nearing its final form!
For the Tags BTW - Take them with a grain of salt, some are applied during conventions or CES, while others may have their tag applied, only to see the device release under a different model name. While they can be a good indicator when they are present, they are by no means an accurate indicator.
