This is probably not the place to post this but PLEASE HELP because I cannot work out where to post it or what to do. My new phone requires me to log into my KASA account (for literally the first time in years). But the email associated with the account *no longer exists* - so I cannot retrieve the required verification code. How do I use an old email to access and *change the email on* an account? Any ideas gratefully received - my 20+ KASA devices are as of now effectively bricked.

Only thing I could find was the user would have to make a new tp-link account and then reset all devices and add them to the new account 

 

Any other ways around this? 

Need help with the Deco app, setup, Ethernet backhaul, network switch or rolling back firmware? Router or AP mode? https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/699816?page=1
