"Device Unreachable"
12-09-25. I've had Kasa smart plugs for a couple years. And tho I am not a computer genius I have been able to figure out how to get them set up with the App. Everything was just fine for a long time but now I have two separate issues.
1...... One plug that I have set up on a timer for Christmas tree lights, is now "UNreachable" and I don't know how to make it reachable again.
2. I'm trying to add another plug and while it looks like I'm doing it right.... it won't connect. I've watched the videos etc. Last week I was able to set up another Outdoor Plug (after several tries) but I just can't seem to get the new plug connected. I've changed the Wifi connection to the Kasa network that shows and it won't work! I'm ready to order a new different brand from Amazon! :-)
