I don't have any problems connecting to my plug. I don't have any issues with connecting it to Wi-Fi. The problem is the plug won't turn off. I tried from the app Kasa. I tried from my Google home. I've tried directly from the plug. Any thoughts? Recommendations? Should I toss it and just buy a new one or is there a potential fix?
