I have iPhone 13. Could not connect camera to Wi-Fi.

While installing the Tapo app I was charged for a yearly subscription! This was not something I wanted. I canceled the subscription but the charge remains. It appears that the subscription will be canceled a year from now. Clearly, since I can not install the camera, I will return it. What about the charge for a subscription? How do I get my money back?

Thanks.

You may refer to the suggestions here for the setup failure issue. What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?

About the subscription, as you are enrolled in an annual plan, the fee is charged in a single payment. If you cancel the subscription, auto‑renewal will not occur for the following year. If you need more help with the Tapo Care subscription, you may consult our support team. Contact Technical Support
