D210 Has No Sound on Recording or Call
I cannot get the D210 Doorbell to record or playback sound from recordings made from any detections. In addition, using the "Call" (telephone icon) in the app does not allow a conversation to take place with someone outside the door. They can hear me, but there is no sound picked up by the D210 so I cannot hear them.
Sound is un-muted, all settings have been checked, and I have performed a factory reset with no sound at all. It's as if the device has no sound recording capability. Is the device defective?
