I have 3* - C660 with solar kit

Model: Tapo C660 KIT

Hardware Version:

Firmware Version: 1.1.5

Why do 1 have Facial AI detection. And 2* do not? They are all on the same firmware?

The 2* that do not seems to also have issues returning home properly after tracking.

I am not sure where you get HW version.

Also, my two camera I am complaint about does not return to default view when they track. Keeps pointing at my wall. This is a deal breaker. I need this fix.

Based on forums discussion it is supposed to return back to default view( before tracking begins) after 30 seconds. My view buttons also keeps being off. Meaning when I click them they are off from where I set them.

To enable the face detection feature, add the camera as an AI Empowerment device: go to Tapo H500's device page, click AI Empowerment, then Add Devices.

As for the Pan&Tilt issue, send the email to forumsupport.usa@tp-link.com with the following content for further assistance:
