Hello,

I recently bought a D225 and have been using it powered by the battery. Both my H500 and the chime that came with the D225 worked great. Now I ran power to the doorbell from a little transformer.

Since I hooked the wires up, the chimes don't work anymore. I don't have a traditional chime in my house. I'm assuming it has something to do with the jumper. I have not installed a jumper since its just a straight connection to the transformer. How can I get my H500 to be the chime again?

To clarify, do you mean that the doorbell itself emits a sound when pressed, but it does not trigger the paired chime or the hub?

Please double-check your doorbell settings (Device Settings > Doorbell > Paired Chimes), are the chimes still paired with the doorbell? You may try to relink them, see if that helps.

Correct, the doorbell itself still emits the sound but the chime and hub that were and still are (i checked) paired don't ring anymore.

I would recommend disconnecting the paired chimes and relink them. If the problem still exists, contact technical support for further assistance.
