  @yusely1

Can you share more details? For example, the version of the Kasa app, model and operation system version of the phone.

Try to delete and reinstall the app. Do a test on another phone.

If there is a replicated issue, can you share a screen recording of the problem here? Videos cannot be posted in the community directly. You can upload videos to your personal cloud drive or video websites like YouTube, then send the link here.

  @Wayne-TP same issue here. Using latest IOS 26.3. Reinstalling Kasa app with same result - clicking on Camera immediately closes the app.

  @yusely1

 I have the same issue. The app is useless at the moment which is a concern. We buy these security cameras for a good reason. My usage is critical. I'm hoping a fix comes very soon.

I'm running ios 26.3 on an iphone 17 pro max.

Ive tried uninstalling and it still does not work.

Ive tried uninstalling and it still does not work. I can access my smart plugs no problem. But when I hit any camera to look or review archived footage the app instantly shuts down.

Re:Kasa app view issues

Hello everyone,

I have noticed that the iOS 26.3 is a beta release for iOS, which is still in the testing phase and not yet officially launched. This means it may exhibit potential instability, compatibility issues with third‑party apps, and other unexpected behaviors.

I have already reported this situation to our relevant team. In the meantime, we recommend uninstalling the iOS beta and reverting to the official, stable version of the operating system to ensure normal app functionality. How to uninstall iOS or iPadOS beta software

Once our app is officially adapted to support this system version, I will also update everyone here as soon as possible.

Re:Kasa app view issues
Tuesday

  @MrThor I am having the same issues, getting notifications from cameras, still views and saved video. Jumps straight out of the app as soon as I go to live camera feed.

This needs an urgent fix as this is causing security and monitoring issues. Amazed we have not heard from Kasa with an explanation.
