Model: Tapo RV20 Max
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: no-way-to-know

PROBLEM
My RV20 Max usually fails to complete a cleaning cycle, and yet sends a notification indicating that cleaning is complete.  Today it cleaned 6 of 9 selected rooms, and then went "home" with 67% of the battery charge remaining.  When I instruct it to clean the entire house, it often exhibits similar behavior (it's easy to tell because the dust bin is almost empty).

MAP
The house map it is using appears to be neat and accurate. When the robot is operating, the image of this map fills in with the path of the robot; all seems to be correct.

QUESTION
How can I get the robot to perform the indicated cleaning cycle in its entirety?

  @GoatHerder

Clean the LiDAR sensor and check whether the front bumper gets stuck.
