I switched from Comcast/Xfinity to Quantum Fiber. When I connected Kasa smart plugs with the old router, TP-Link showed up in the list of available networks. With the new Quantum Fiber router, TP-Link does not appear in the list and I can't reconnect any Kasa plugs. How do I get the smart plugs connected again?

If you have new WiFi name and password on the new router, you will need to reset the smart plugs and reconfigure them to the new network.

A simple solution, without reconfiguration, is to revert to your previous Wi-Fi name and password. The smart plug should then reconnect automatically.
