@keekeelowlow I had this issue a few weeks ago when buying my first Tapo camera. Here's where I found this:

1. Open the Tapo app
2. Open the camera you want to change this on
3. Tap the Settings icon
4. Tap Video & Display
5. Tap On-screen Display Info
6. Tap Time Stamp Format
7. Toggle 24-Hour Time to your preference

  @gk1984  I did this. But while it did change the time stamped on the video, this usually comes up on a light screen background. Nearly impossible to see with white text. I was hoping that it would come up on the thumbnails so I could could scroll down and read times. Thumbnails still show 24-hour time, even though it shows as being off. 😭 A different setting? I hope?! 🤞
