Has anyone seen a large number of failures on TP-Link Kasa HS103s?  I have two out of three that I purchased that failed within a few weeks of each other.  The units are not resettable.  The blue-orange light flashes erratically and the relay inside clicks uncontrollably causing the device plugged in to flash on and off.  The HS103s both failed when connected to lamps with LED bulbs in them so I wouldn't think they were overloaded.  Does anyone have any ideas on what can be done with these?
