When enabling the Voice Notifications in Google Home for the Tapo D225, is there any way to adjust what events trigger the voice notification and on what speakers? It seems all I can do is toggle it on/off and that's it. When it's on, every notification is annoinced and that can include 3 during each event (motion, car, person all at once). And I have multiple speakers, all which announce all voice notifications.

Ideally, I'd like select speakers to only announce when a package is detected and when the doorbell has been pressed. I don't mind the rest notifying my phone. Is this a limitation of Google Home or a lack of building this out on Tapo's part, or am I missing something?

For the time being, I've disabled voice notifications, but wrote a an automation in Google Home's Script Editor to announce someone at the door when the doorbell is pressed on the speakers I want (instead of all), but it doesn't seem to actually work. It makes me wonder if "voice notifications" being turned off is preventing it from working. It works if I manually execute the automation from Google Home, but doesn't seem to when the doorbell is actually pressed.

Google detection announcement cannot adjust event types. You may consider starting a dedicated feature request post—if other users have similar needs, they can show support by voting for it. Our product team will review the feature requests regularly, hot topics with detailed background information (e.g., use scenarios, reasons why you want or don't want a particular feature, etc) will be prioritized for evaluation.
