RV30 MAX Plus navigating route to desired location
Hey there ppl,
Little question that I seen not to find an answer for just yet.
Question is, is there a way to set the navigation for the RV30 to leave the base, and then travel a specific line to the desired section to clean?
Currently it'll leaves the dock then go diagonally and run into a table, but if it would just go straight off the dock to the end of room then it would have straight shot
Thanks in advance

Robot vacuum cleaning routes are not user‑configurable. In your case, could you check if there is enough clear space around the charging station? Also, how close is the table to the dock? If it’s placed too near, the robot may adjust its path to avoid the obstacle.
For this model, please ensure at least 0.5 m (1.6 ft) of clear space on each side of the charging dock, and 1.5 m (4.9 ft) of open area directly in front of it.

Thanks for the reply.. So to answer your question, has plenty of room on sides, and has open space atleast 9 foot.. But the issue is, when it leaves the dock, instead of going straight out, it will go out a foot then start going diagonal 7 foot hits the table, then it'll find its way around it...
But if it would go out of dock straight for 9 foot then turn right, that would be ideal.. No table in the at that point.. Lol
I know it's petty, but it kills my ocd.. Lol i thought the robot would be smarter than a table.. Lol

Could you share a few photos of the charging dock and its surrounding area? Additionally, could you check if that path you described is logged in the cleaning report?

@Wayne-TP The first time mine went around the house it bumped a lot of things, not hard but just bumped them. Then it made a second pass and went logically by whatever it had mapped by and went real close to the baseboards, got around table legs, pushed shoes aside, etc. I ran it yesterday for the second time and it didn't take nearly as long. But it used what it had learned and didn't bump many things at all. The first trip it made several days ago I thought maybe it wasn't as smart as I had hoped it would be, but I think it is.
