I set a smart trigger on a device. The trigger action is to turn on the alarm in the Homebase H500. I choose the alarm sound. There's a whole list of them. But no matter what I choose, I always get jingle bells. What's going on?
Did you test this by triggering the automation (e.g., via sensor detection or device state changes), instead of ringing the hub directly? Please note that direct manual ringing will use the hub’s default sound, which may differ from the automation’s selected sound.
