Model: KP115
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.1

Several of my KP115 units were recently presented with a firmware upgrade to 1.1.1 (from 1.0.21) and now SENSE shows them as offline and no data is coming from them.  I removed the TPLink integration, renabled it and it only found my non-KP115 v1.1.1 plugs.

A majority of my home uses these plugs to monitor various power usuage, and they are now bricks in terms of using Sense to collectivly monitor my power usage (of course they still report correctly in the KASA app)

To clarify, SENSE is not an officially supported third‑party platform by Kasa. We advise against using unofficial integrations due to potential security and stability issues, and official support is unavailable for such setups.

There is currently a Third‑Party Compatibility switch available in the app. You may try enabling it to see if it helps your situation. However, please be aware that using this feature carries certain security risks. Be sure to read the accompanying notes carefully before deciding to proceed. Also, please note that this feature does not ensure full compatibility with unofficial platforms. Frequently asked questions about the "Third-Party Compatibility" feature
