I have been talking to support through email. They said my issue would be escalated to engineering. Email communication dead now. What's the fix for base station auto empty and manual empty not working anymore? I just bought the RV30 max plus 5 months ago. It used to work, now the side brush spins and nothing happens. I've done all the trouble shooting steps too, unplugged, move to a dark room, etc. everything I'm reading says firmware update killed the thing. Who else has this issue? How did Tapo support deal with you? Do I need to file a claim through ausiron?
