Have several Tapo devices. My vacuum has disappeared from the app, both on iphone and ipad.

Please make sure you’re looking in the right place in the app — check that the device is listed under the correct Home and Room. How to configure Home feature and Room feature in Tapo app

Try to reboot the device, see if that helps: press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on or off the robot vacuum.

Additionally, you may want to check your router's client list to confirm whether the robot vacuum is still connected to the WiFi.
