Formatting sd card
My camera won't format my SD card so I can record on it. It gets to 5% and fails and says try again later. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot when you fail to format an SD card in the Tapo app.
What should I do if the SD card cannot be formatted/recognized?
If the same behavior persists, please confirm the following information.
1. What's the model number and capacity of your SD card?
2. Please ensure the Tapo app and your camera's firmware are up to date.
