Tapo D225 Doorbell is hard-wired and Tapo Chime H100 are both working. Camera is set to Always-On. Battery is now not charging. It was charging yesterday when first installed. It keeps turning to Always-On off as the battery is not charging. I've left it off and battery is still not charging. Can't find a solution is Support.
Doorbell battery won't be fully charged even when it is hardwired. In Always On mode, the doorbell's battery will stay between 70%-80% to prolong battery life.
