Here are some steps you can try:
- Factory reset the doorbell (hold down the SYNC/RESET button for 5 seconds).
- Turn off and turn on WiFi on your phone to reload the WiFi list.
- Reboot the phone.
- Use another phone.
If the doorbell's WiFi is consistently undetectable, the device likely needs to be replaced. To proceed with the warranty, please contact our support team. Contact Technical Support
