The red and green light is flashing but I don't see the Tapo xxxx in in the Wi-Fi  to connect

Here are some steps you can try:

  • Factory reset the doorbell (hold down the SYNC/RESET button for 5 seconds).
  • Turn off and turn on WiFi on your phone to reload the WiFi list. 
  • Reboot the phone.
  • Use another phone.

 

If the doorbell's WiFi is consistently undetectable, the device likely needs to be replaced. To proceed with the warranty, please contact our support team. Contact Technical Support
