Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I did not have any Hub/sensor issues until I upgraded my Router to a TP-Link BE9700. My hubs and connected sensors would drop offline at approximately the same time every morning like it was updating the firmware however this was not the case.

For those of you having connectivitiy issues with H100 hubs, check the settings "Smart Flow Control TX RX":  DISABLE THIS FEATURE.

Once I disabled the SMART Flow Control my issues stopped!

Thanks for sharing this! I’ll forward the details to the relevant team for review. To help them investigate more precisely, could you provide a couple more pieces of information?

1. What was the hub’s LED indicator showing when the issue happened?
2. What is the firmware and hardware version of your router?

Also, could you tell me exactly where you found the setting to disable this feature? The option exists separately for WAN and LAN. A screenshot would be really helpful to see which specific setting you changed.

On a related note, I’ve spoken with the team, and the effect of the Smart Flow Control feature can be influenced by your front-end network setup. It would be great if you could share your modem model and which internet service provider you’re using.

The more details we have to recreate your setup, the better our chances are of successfully identifying and reproducing the issue if there is one.
