The switch itself has two black wires. Does it matter which black wire is connected to live and which is connected to load? I tried both and It seems like it does not.The reason I am asking is with the switch in the off position, I am getting about 15V between load wire and neutral. I can see a very dimmed light on my led light bulb in the off position. Initially I though it was a bad switch but the replacement is doing the same. Is it supposed to be like this?

I am having the same problem. My hs200 won't turn on all 3 lights connected to the switch. It only powers 1 and it is dim. I connected the old switch and everything works great.

My switch does not have any problem with turning on the light. It just has voltage bleed where the light is very dimmed while the switch is in the off position.

I hope it's not normal. Maybe @Carl or @Tony can find out if a 15v leak is normal

It’s likely that HS200 was installed on the neutral instead of the live, and bulb was installed on the live. When the HS200 was off, only the neutral was cut off. So voltage can be detected between load wire and the neutral. There may be a leak current from load wire in this situation, causing a dimmed light on the LED bulb.
