From any given manufacturer making network devices the first three 'numbers' of a MAC address are always the same. They are essentially assigned to the manufacturer. I just received my third HS100 Smart Plug and its MAC address starts with B0:4E:26. Whereas, the first two HS100s I received have MAC addresses that start with 70:4F:57. Why would this be the case?
