Sup Peeps,

Have been a fan of TP-Link smart plugs and bulbs up to recently, they just dont work anymore. I am playing tag team with them all the time now, having to power cycle for them to appear again on my Kasa app and to work with alexa again. I have changed channels on router, called Verizon to check my router. All the devices have -56db to -64db, the schedule works but when I want to turn them off manually meaning use the app or voice they are not responding anymore. please if anyone knows anything on how to keep these things online the whole time please let me now. I have the verzion Quantum G110 router. looks like Zigbee here I come.

Except the LB and plug devices, do other devices work stably? What's the status of LED on the plug when it lost connection? In your case, it's recommended to update the FW to the latest on all the devices.

Firmware has been updated already and this problem has been going on. Devices work stable for a little bit but slowly start to become greyed out in Kasa. The hs105 light turns amber, and the bulb just turns on and off due to the schedule I have it on. Channel is currently on 1. the past it was on 6 and 11 where I noticed them very unstable.

jepr86,have you solved the disconnection issue?
if it's still the same,it's better to contact tp support by email since you have several devices with the same issue.
