Alexa won’t link account
I have the light bulb set up with the app. I’m on 2.4 ghz and my Alexa account won’t link after enabling and giving authorization. Please help.

A few things to try. 1st put your phone in LTE/4G mode and test the light on/off. This will ensure the Remote Function is working. If that works then the issue with the Cloud to Cloud communication.
In Alexa make sure you added the the TP-Link KASA and not TP-Link Router.
Sign into your Kasa Account, the same one your phone is connected to and then Ask Alexa to scan for devices.
Also make sure your device frimare is up to date as well.
