Its different for each plug. HS100/105 hold down the button on top for 30 seconds. for HS100/105/107/KP100 hold the power button for 30 seconds.

I see multiple threads requesting a way to change wifi network in last 18 months.
I have multiple kasa plugs but now I am starting to think it was a mistake to invest more into these if such a simple feature cannot be implemented. There is someone who had 20 plugs, thank goodness, I only have 8! Time to sell them on craigslist.
