Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: Latest

Firstly, the model drrop down menu doesn't let you select a product in anywhere near the same range of products.

It worked for a good 6 or so months. I can't find the receipt now either but I definietly bought it from JB Hi-Fi.

Now it will appear that someone had reset it fully - it dropps offline and I have to set it back up again. Within half an hour it will do the same again. I thought it was a dodgey wall power outlet so I have swapped it over, but that doesn't work either.

It seems to be very faulty. I have a bunch of HS100's all working fine.

@Politeinpublic

If the device is constantly rebooting no matter what outlet you use it may be faulty.

Support will determine what options are available given your situation so I would recommend getting a hold of them.

Please tell me the whole LED changing process if the issue happens again. And please send me the picture of the label on the plug. I am afraid the receipt or any proof of purchase is necessary.
Best regards
