I am working on installing three HS200 switches in a 3-gang bank. They seem to all be wired in to work the first switch works all the time, but the other two will only work if the first light switch is turned on. They have no power to the switches unless the first light switch is turned to on position.

Neutral from each are tied into one wire nut which is linked to the main group of neutral wires

Live/load wire from each is connected to each lights own "hot wire"

Other live/load wire for each switch is tied into one common wire, as all the switches are all on the same circuit.
