How do you setup this device for access from anywhere.  We are only able to access it when we are on our home network. When it setup a message saying "already bind" or "cannot bind" was displayed.

If the plug is indicating it is already bound, please contact our support team. Be prepared to provide your TP-Link ID account, and MAC address of the device. The device may be bound to another account which our team can help reset.
