Bulb won't connect. I have other products from Kasa and all work good. But this bulb will not connect.

Do a factory reset on it by turning off the light switch to it off and on five times. After the fifth time, it should blink three times indicating the reset worked. At that time look on your smart phone to see if the smart plug Wi-Fi network comes up. If so, go into Kasa, and begin the installation process, do not connect to the smart plug yet.
