I am having a wiring issue with an HS210 Three Way Switch.  If I turn off the light, shut off the circuit breaker & install the switch, it seems to function correctly.  Everything seems OK in that I can get it on my wifi & see it from the app on my phone.  The problem is if I turn it on or use the other switch that I am not replacing to turn on the lights, the lights keep turning off and on.  At that point the HS210 is no longer visible to the app and cannot turn off or on.  Is it possible that the switch I am replacing was wired incorrectly?
