I have a HS200 which has been working but suddenly will only briefly turn on a light. As I initiate from my phone or manually, the light turns on (switch clicks) then immediately turns off. I deleted and reinstalled teh device and still have same issues. This switch was purchased closing Aug 2019, installed Sep 2019. Connections look good. Is it safe to assume the switch has failed?

If it has failed, how long is the warranty period?
