Dear all,

 

I have the HS110 and want to reset it to factory settings, but if I try to reset it, nothing happens. If I plug it in, the LED is orange and after approx. 45 sec the LED turns off for a very short moment and is orange again. 

 

Does somebody here know what that is and how I can fix it?

Here is the LED pattern:

 

Blinking Amber and Green: App-Config mode initiated.

Quick Blinking Green: Connecting to the network.

Solid Green: Connected to the network.

Quick Blinking Amber: Factory reset.

Solid Amber: Rebooting.

Solid Red: No network connection.

Solid Green: The Smart Plug is switch

 

If the plug stays solid amber while plugged in and keeps doing the same pattern of turning off then becoming solid, try leaving it for several minutes. Then while still plugged in, hold the small gear-looking button (top of plug) for 15 seconds to see if anything changes. If not, I would reach out to our support team.
