Ok I have been using this to control my garage lights for months now. I plugged in a vacuum into one of the same outlets and everything went dead. Checked the breaker and everything is good. Swapped the switch with another and bam working. The breaker is a 15amp. So it seems the breaker didn't trip but the switch had died? Any way to reset it? Or is it dead now? 
 

Just for clarification, power to the switch, proper ground. Was working fine now is not after using a vacuum. No lights on the switch are on.
