Firmware Version: 1.5.11

Everything has been working fine for 2 years. Now the device disconnects from my router for no clear reason. I have an Xfinity xFi gateway router. I disconnected the device and then reset everything and it seems to work intermittently and then disconnect for no clear reason. All my other devices work well with no issue. Can you give me some advice on what to do next? Thanks in advance.

Same here with Xfinity. I've tried all suggestions that I can find, spoke to tech support at Xfinity and Kasa, and I still can get any switches to work. Kasa rep told me to change the channel on my wifi, which I did. Still didn't resolve the problem. Short of replacing all of the switches, I don't know what else to do.
