We recently installed two smart dimmer switches with LED can type lights.  We are able to brighten the lights to 100%; however, we can't get them to dim to 0... no lower than 25% regardless of how we try...manual, radial or preset.  The LED lightbulbs are dimmable so not sure what the issue is.
