HS210 3 way switch.....works okay pressing switch but using software shows opposite status

HS210 3 way switch.....works okay pressing switch but using software shows opposite status
INstalled the switch and it works fine pushing the button, toggles on and off each time you press it. tried setting up with software and it goes on and off but shows as being on when it is off and off when it is on.
