Exact same problem as https://community.tp-link.com/us/smart-home/forum/topic/523856?page=1 . solid orange wifi light on main switch, nothing on remote.

I have done factory reset, master switch never blinks orange/green. Using either manual switch to turn on lights does not work.

Held down the left reset button for <10 seconds, the Wifi light never flashes orange/green so can’t connect, stays on orange. Measured voltage and the master switch does see 120v on main. No voltage or very little on either end of the remote. Confirmed wiring the traveler wires to the correct location on each other.

I purchased used from Amazon, so chances are that someone else returned them….

Requested photos are attached. Can you let me know how to better troubleshoot?

For the record, I own multiple KS230 V2 kits and they work great! I tried to save a few $ by buying these V1 and purchasing them opened/like new on Amazon. I’m betting someone who already contacted you just returned them there and Amazon repackaged. The were in good physical shape.
