| 1. Ensure that the bulb is properly installed and tightened into the socket. |
| 2. Make sure that your phone or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the bulb. |
| 3. Restart the Wi-Fi router. |
| 4. Try resetting the bulb by turning it off and on three times quickly. |
