I just setup the TP-Link Tapo TP25 Smart Wireless Outdoor Plug with the Tapo app, which also has Matter support built-in. The problem I'm having is that even though the device shows up correctly in my Tapo app, having used Bluetooth for setup and connected it to my home WiFi network, it continnues to broadcast a Matter Setup signal, which my neighbor said is constantly popping up on his phone (see attached screenshot he sent me from his phone).

How do I get the TP25 smart plug to stop broadcasting this signal, since I already have it setup? I chose not to use Matter for setup because when I added it via Alexa, only 1 of the two outlets on it showed up in my devices. In the Tapo app it shows up correctly with both outlets (below).
