Depending on your needs, there are a few ways to do this.

If it is only for your use, or people you trust - any phone that logs into your TP-Link Account will be able to access and control the devices attached to the account. Just make sure that you are logging in with the same account that was used to set the device up.

You may also setup your device to work with another smart home platform or voice assistant, such as Smarthtings, Alexa, or Google Home. These platforms allow for in-depth sharing of devices with other accounts and family members.
