I have two power outlets on my roofline for Christmas lights. Both use the same switch to turn them on and off. I installed the Kasa HS200 switch so I can put them on a schedule. Installation and setup was fine and I was able to connect to the app, but once I turned on the lights, they were too dim. Any ideas on how to get full power to them?

Sounds like a wiring issue. Is this a 3way switching setup? In some older homes (again today's code) switching was done on the neutral side which can cause all sorts of weird problems with smart switches. Does the switch work properly when nothing is plugged into the outlet? I know it's a pain but try plugging in a simple lightbulb instead of Christmas lights especially if they are LED.
